It is announced that CJ is one of candidates that is running for the board

Email From Saddle Peak Properties
Saddle Peak Properties sent out an email stating CJ had won a 3 year term on the board. The attorney and paralegal had not yet finalized the election and were still counting votes. No quorum was received.
Board Meeting
Board appoints CJ to the board of directors. His first act on the board is to extend his own term until Jan 2027, despite having never been elected to the board.

Meeting with homeowners
CJ is asked to confirm the Balance of the HOA accounts. He admits he does not know where the accounts are located and has no access to them, and he is too busy to find out. He was asked to create Financial Safeguards.

CJ is again asked to confirm the Balance of the HOA accounts. He states that he is too busy to look and thinks the HOA is in a good place financially because Saddle Peak has told him that. He was again asked to create Financial Safeguards, as he stated that it has not been done yet because he is too busy.
2024 Annual Report
CJ had never been elected or appointed, but Saddle Peak properties adds him to the official Secretary of State annual report as a member of the Board.
