We have found numerous occasions where Lindsay often contradicts her own advice to the HOA, or is in direct contradiction to other evidence or Harvest Creek HOA's CC&Rs. This will get updated as other examples are found.

Architecture Review

Saddle Peak explained at the 2023 Annual meeting that if you apply and are denied an application by the Architecture Review Committee you will not be charged the application fee.

However, homeowners have been denied and then received a mysterious $200 balance forward on their account. When Saddle Peak Properties is questioned about this "balance forward", it is explained to be the $200 Arch Review fee. You cannot say you don't charge homeowners then turn around and charge homeowners.
