We just received this video sent out by the HOA/Board's attorney. Below is the unedited raw footage. We are still parsing though it and will update this page as we review the video. Initially, we can see numerous false claims that we will address soon. The video is quite interesting around the 23 minutes mark and towards the end of the video around the 54 minutes mark, the board even conspires to NOT follow the by-laws for the upcoming board elections.

44 minute mark of video is comedy gold as The Treasurer picks his nose on camera and then becomes irate that someone was curious if the contract for the largest 3rd-party line-item is a variable or fixed expense.
