Fraud, Deceit, Gross Negligence!!

We have recently become aware of a Condominium Association that is also represented by the same management company that Harvest Creek is currently using.
Current District court filings show a civil case against Saddle Peak Properties for fraud, Deceit, and gross negligence. The civil filings are alleging the same exact things that the Harvest Creek Homeowners have been telling the Harvest Creek Board of directors about for almost 2 years. So far, it has all fallen on deaf ears and the Harvest Creek Board has taken zero action. They have refused to do as little as verify the amount of money in the HOA checking account. Demand your board to take action and let the HOA know what they are doing to prevent this in Harvest Creek!
