Never Stop Being Little Bitches

After years and years and years of asking for more transparency, open board meetings, financial audits, fair and open elections run by third party providers, a transparent bidding process for vendors, committees to engage homeowners - nothing has been accomplished.

As members of a non-profit Homeowners’ Association in Montana, homeowners are entitled to a wide variety of documents and a clear understanding of where their money is going within the HOA.

Hundreds of emails have been sent to the Board, the Board’s Attorney, and the Property Manager and at every turn, homeowners are shut down and their questions never answered.

WHY?

At a July 10th, 2024 meeting of the Harvest Creek HOA, Deejay Newell, the wife of CJ Cook loudly addressed the the homeowners’ asking for transparency, financial audits, open board meetings, and committees and told them to STOP ACTING LIKE LITTLE BITCHES!

Don’t forget, a quorum of 30% of the Harvest Creek Homeowners voted CJ Cook, Barbara Pastine, and James Connolly off the Harvest Creek HOA Board of Directors in June 2024. James Connolly and Barbara Pastine resigned from the Harvest Creek HOA Board. CJ Cook has refused to vacate his seat. CJ Cook has also flat out refused to seat a third board member in blatant violation of the Harvest Creek HOA Covenants and By-Laws.

If only the Board could provide solid evidence that everything is fine financially. If only the Board would create the committees they said they would. If only the Board would hold open board meetings. If only the Board followed the Harvest Creek Bylaws and Covenants. If only the Board would follow Montana state law regarding non-profit associations. If only the Board would follow the will of those who cared enough to vote. If only the Board held open, transparent elections through a third party. If only the Board would send out the quarterly and annual financial statements to all homeowners. If only the Board was actually reviewing invoices, liens, late fees, and other expenditures.

Instead, we just have to take their word for it.

We are here to tell you…

Never STOP BEING LITTLE BITCHES!

Never stop asking questions.

Never be afraid to ask for transparency.

Never be afraid to ask where YOUR MONEY is going.

Never stop demanding integrity, honesty, and transparency from Harvest Creek Board Members.

Never STOP BEING LITTLE BITCHES!
