September 15, 2023 Harvest Creek Board Meeting Calendar Invite.

A Harvest Creek Homeowner sent us this screen capture of a calendar invite sent by the HOA Board Attorney asking for an open board meeting on Wednesday, September 27th at 4:00pm via Microsoft Team. (Anyone else still at work at 4:00pm on a Wednesday?)

We still aren’t clear on who the Attorney is representing - the HOA, the Board, or the Property Management Company. The last letter from the Property Management Company suggest the Attorney is representing both the Board and the Property Management Company, but saying "an", singular, attorney for both.

Here is where it gets interesting. The concerned Harvest Creek Homeowners have been asking for a board meeting since April to address their concerns regarding numerous issues including the financials and the Property Management Company. In August 2023's Board Meeting Minutes, the Board stated that any more questions from the concerned homeowners will be directed to the HOA Attorney. Suddenly, the Board wants a meeting, but guess who else is on this open board meeting calendar invite….
