Where are the Harvest Creek HOA Bank Accounts?

Did you know that Saddle Peak Properties closed the Harvest Creek HOA bank accounts at First Security Bank without Board approval? There are no documents showing that the board ever approved of Saddle Peak Properties closing out the HOA bank account.

Did you know that as of March 20th, 2024, a majority of the Harvest Creek HOA Board has no idea where the Harvest Creek HOA bank accounts are and have no access to those bank accounts. Allegedly, Barbara Pastine, for whom there is no record of ever being appointed or elected to the Harvest Creek HOA Board, is the only one aside from Saddle Peak Properties with access to the bank accounts. 

Demand that the Board of Directors do their fiduciary duty to protect the finances of the Harvest Creek HOA by personally reviewing and documenting their approving of all invoices and consistently reviewing bank accounts against all approved invoices and expenditures.
