Why are homeowners in Harvest Creek HOA paying Saddle Peak Properties' attorney fees?
A review of invoices and associated payments withdrawn from the Stockman Bank checking account associated with Harvest Creek HOA shows that Harvest Creek HOA is paying Lindsay Freitas' / Saddle Peak Properties' personal attorney fees.
Alanah Griffith has stated on numerous occasions that she is the attorney for Harvest Creek HOA which mean Susan Swimley is not the Harvest Creek HOA Attorney. Harvest Creek HOA does not have any other attorneys. The contract with Saddle Peak Properties does not include any kind of stipulation that Harvest Creek HOA is required to pay for legal representation for Saddle Peak Properties.
In 2023 and 2024, Harvest Creek paid $2,826.07 to Susan Swimley for doing work for Saddle Peak Properties. Some of the work included doing tasks for other HOAs. No board meeting minutes, or any other documentation exists showing that the Harvest Creek Board ever approved any expenditures to Susan Swimley.

Why is Harvest Creek paying for Susan Swimley to write letters to Woodbrook and Cobblestone HOAs?

Why is Susan Swimley accepting payment from Harvest Creek HOA for work done for Saddle Peak properties when Harvest Creek is not her client? The checks clearly have Harvest Creek on them.
Why are homeowners in Harvest Creek HOA paying Saddle Peak Properties' attorney fees?
The Harvest Creek HOA Board of Directors has frequently said nothing is amiss in Harvest Creek HOA financials but that begs the following questions:
Did Harvest Creek Board of Directors knowingly allow money to be paid to Susan Swimley for other HOA associations legal/business dealings?
or
Is the Harvest Creek HOA Board of Directors not actually monitoring Harvest Creek HOA funds and not reviewing and approving all invoices to be paid and were thus unaware of the withdrawal of these funds that belong to Harvest Creek HOA homeowners?
